Clean, quiet, friendly staff!

Friendly staff provided excellent service during my 4-night stay. The room was spacious and clean, delivering comfort with its cozy sofa bed and practical kitchenette. Supermarkets and local bakeries were conveniently nearby for fresh scones. Cleaning only happened weekly, and while the area was peaceful, it lacked some tourist attractions.

We loved the clean, spacious studio, especially the comfy bed with crisp linen. The kitchen was perfect for preparing meals for the family, great to enjoy some home-cooked dinners while staying just a short walk from the metro.

My kids wished there was an on-site play area.

We loved the studio apartment as it had a small kitchen that made meal prep easy with our one-year-old, and enjoying coffee on the sun terrace was a nice touch. The free coffee in the lobby could be better, but it’s nice to have something available. Definitely take advantage of the local shops and restaurants nearby! 😊

The location was great! Close to metro stations and in a calm spot, perfect for recovery after long days. The staff were cute and even surprised us with birthday treats, a pleasant touch .

It wasn't exactly cheap, but still reasonable for what we got.

Cleaning services could be more frequent for longer stays!!! Shower temperature control is difficult to manage-make it easier!!! Noise insulation is desperately needed, particularly from street sounds!!! A larger selection of English TV channels would also be appreciated!!!

Rooms feel smaller than advertised. The layout is a cozy squeeze. Lack of air conditioning means opening windows to cool off, but the street noise negates any peaceful ambiance. Cleaning service is sparse. A full week pass without daily tidying can be a hassle. On top of that, the presence of ants wasn't the best welcome. The shower's temperature control can be tricky.

Our studio was spacious with a double bathroom setup, super convenient. The staff was so helpful when we had issues with our boarding tickets. They printed them for us without a fuss. Loved the outdoor dining area to chill after a long day. Just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit stronger.
